As I couldn't find an official article on this topic I'm creating my own.
1) First open Microsoft Edge
2) On the top bar find the "favorites" icon

3) Click on that will open up the favorites menu.
4) In the favorites menu find the three dots (ellipses) for the "More options" menu.

5) From the menu select "Export Favorites"

6) In the Save As dialog enter the name of the file that you will remember and save it to either the P drive, a usb drive, or your Google Drive for safe keeping.  The file will be a .html file.

You can re-import this file later if you need to.
