Hello,

By default, to avoid issues with privacy, we default your insideTrinity login to your TBC email address.  This obviously creates a problem with attempting to recover your password as you cannot get to your email without logging into insideTrinity.

The solution is simple, change the email address in your profile.  Then you can receive the recovery email at any time.  It's recommended that you do this immediately.

Here are the steps:
1) Go to https://inside.tbc2day.edu

2) Login

3) Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the webpage

4) Click on "Profile"

5) Click on the button "Edit Profile"

6) Change your email address (by default it must be a free email account e.g. gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc.)

7) Hit the Update Profile button at the bottom of the page

PLEASE NOTE: If you don't have a free email account with one of the main providers you can send a helpdesk request to support@trinitybiblecollege.edu requesting that we change you reset email address.  For security this must come from your TBC email address.

If you don't have access to your TBC email address, but still have access to Populi you can also request that we provide a form on Populi for you to fill out.
