1) Go to tbcgs.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search

2) In the upper-right corner of the screen click "Sign In"

3) From the Login Dialog select "Library Login"

4) Then select "Reset Password" from the login form

5) You'll be taken to another page, enter either your username or your TBC&GS email address

6) An email will be sent to your TBC&GS email address with a link to reset the password.
