How Calendar uses time zones

When you create an event, you'll see it in your local time zone. It will also show up in the local time zones for anyone you invite, even if they're in a different time zone.

Change your Time Zone

When you travel to a different time zone, you can see your calendar int he local time.

1. Open Google Calendar
2. On the left side of the page, click My calendars
3. Hover over the calendar you want to update and click the drop-down menu icon
4. Click Calendar Settings
5. In the Calendar time zone section, choose your time zone from the drop-down menu.
6. If you don't see the time zone you want, check the box next to "Display all time zones."
7. Click Save
