Setup Access Time Limits for files and folders

To setup Time limits on file access:
  1. In Drive, select the shared file or folder.
  2. Click Share.
  3. Click Advanced
  4. In the "Who has access list" hover over the viewer or commenter you wish to set a time limit on.
  5. Click on the Watch Icon that appears
  6. If They were setup as an "Editor" they will be changed to a commenter as this only works on commenters and viewers.
  7. Click on the down arrow next to "Access Expires" and select from one of three options: 7 days, 30 days, or set a custom date at which access should end.
  8. Click Save changes
