You can update your pin by going to myPhone.drtel.net and setting it from the links at the bottom of the screen.

1. Login to https://myphone.drtel.net
2. Look at the footer of the screen you should see a link that says "Change Voicemail Pin" along side the ability to change the password for the MyPhone website.
3. Click on "Change Voicemail PIN"
4. You'll be asked to enter a new six digit PIN and verify it.
